New Children's Sleep App

The British Sleep Society are recommending a new sleep app called Kids Sleep Doctor by RMA Consulting Ltd. It is now available to download free of charge from the App Store. The Apple app is intended for carers who have children within 6 months and 18 years who are not sleeping as well as the carers wish they were, 20% according to most surveys. Feel free to download and have a play.
